Vibrational Photography Tips




  • Remember that it’s not the camera, smart phone, lens that makes the photograph. Get the image concept of the brand in hand out of your head. It’s your eye and how you connect to spirit is what makes the photograph. Allow spirit to work threw you to capture what you want to tell as your story.
  • Breath, allow photography to be a mediation practice into the Now.
  • Allow the inner knowing to arise when taking a photograph. Wait for signs and feelings to arise, what ever speaks to you or capture your eye, then shoot. Trust yourself first.
  • Play, allow yourself to connect back to what you loved to do as a kid and allow that to shape your photographs.
  • Listen to music.
  • Put your heart into it.
  • Remember to first be in love with what you took, have faith and confidence into showing others your work.
  • Photo is from the Greek for light. Photograph is the story of writing with light.
  • Meditate for 10 minutes or more a day, get into the place of stillness.
  • Breath, remember that you can always come home to the breath. Allow the breath to anchor you in the present moment. 
  • Be kind to yourself and to others.
  • Allow yourself to listen and consume positivity by positive books, movies and experiences.
  • Spread your wings and TRUST. TRUST YOU OWN PROCESS.
  • Clutter clear and get rid of stuff that no longer serves you, clutter clear your life in all aspects.
  • Change your habits: drive down a new street, go down a different aisle each time in the supermarket, experiment with new foods, wear a new color, etc.
  • Be true to yourself. 
  • Think, feel and act with your whole body. When you make a decision on what you want to capture ask your heart and feel your truth before pressing the shutter.
  • Seeing and hearing signs is a positive thing, pay attention and ask for guidance to follow them.
  • Honor your own style and be you with your photographs.
  • Be patient, embrace: color, texture, the rule of thirds, layers, people and nature into your photographs. Observe as is and let that shine.
  • Less is more.
