Lately, I got to remind myself to take care of me first and the power of believing in myself. Of course I've felt my heart break numerous times when the old me just doesn't work anymore and for some weird reason it keeps on holding on...but to sum it up best, "If I believe in someone I have to believe in myself (I have to take good care when something new is growing) ~Neil Young
